In the event that you are not satisfied with a research product you have purchased, you may contact our care team to discuss the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for purity or fill weight unless 3rd party test results are presented showing that the product is either underweight or the purity is under 98.5%. Upon submission of any 3rd party test results from a company listed below showing unsatisfactory results for weight or purity, a full refund will be issued.
Test results are only accepted from reputable testing providers, as indicated here below:
