Together with the Privacy Policy, Store Policy, Website Policy, Liability Policy, Service Policy and Product Disclaimer and Cookie Policy, collectively referred to as the Terms of Service and Store Policy Bundle (herein referred to as “TSSPB”). This Bundle is deemed to be the binding agreement that operates between You and BRC.
By accessing, visiting or using our website and/or related social media platforms, our Services and reading this Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service, Store Policy, Privacy Policy, Liability Policy and Product Disclaimer and Cookie Policy, all together referred to as Terms of Service and Store Policy Bundle (‘TSSPB’) and you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein. If You disagree with any part of these TSSPB, you must inform us in writing, and BRC retains the discretionary authority to address and act upon your written request.
Research Use Only
The products on this website are for legitimate research use only. They are not intended to prevent, treat, or cure any illness or disease and are not intended for human consumption or use in any way.
By accessing this site, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age, understand these terms, and have a legitimate research basis for any products you purchase.
Any reference to or discussion of human consumption or human use of any type can result in cancellation of sale and prohibition on future ordering.
We cannot advise customers about any part of the research process, and assume that all researchers have the requisite knowledge, resources and expertise to safely conduct their experiments and properly handle research-grade compounds.
Payment Methods
BRC accepts a variety of payment methods for the convenience of our users, including but not limited to:

Please note all transactions are secured and encrypted to ensure the protection of your financial information and are the responsibility of the banking service provider/ payment gateway providers without any responsibility placed upon BRC.
Payment
Payment for products and services must be made in full before any shipment and delivery.
Users/purchasers agree to provide the banking service provider/payment gateway providers with accurate financial information and ensure timely payments.
Order Cancellations
All order cancellations must be made before the order is approved for processing. Once the order has been approved and is in the process of shipment, cancellations will not be entertained.
Store Refunds & Returns
We are not able to accept returns on research products for obvious safety reasons.
All of our products come from reputable manufacturers with established safety records.
Refunds
In the event that you are not satisfied with a research product you have purchased, you may contact our care team to discuss the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for purity or fill weight unless 3rd party test results are presented showing that the product is either underweight or the purity is under 98%. Upon submission of any 3rd party test results from a company listed below showing unsatisfactory results for weight or purity, a full refund will be issued.
Test results are only accepted from reputable testing providers, as indicated here below:
Shipping/Delivery Issues
Orders placed after 2 pm EST are processed the following business day (Monday - Friday) after online purchases are completed.
After orders are processed, packaged and ready, shipments are then picked up between 10 am - 2 pm each weekday, and typically arrive within 5 business days after. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
We are not responsible for stolen or redirected packages. We encourage all customers to use a secure lock box or a drop box for package delivery to ensure the safety of purchased items.
We are not able to authorize re-shipments or refunds for packages with tracking info that states “delivered.” Customers should contact the carrier to inquire about the package delivery prior to reaching out to us for assistance.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website, and the content displayed on our social media platforms, including our products, product labeling, text, graphics, patents, if any, rights to inventions, if any (whether with a patent or not), copyright and related rights, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and domain names, rights in designs, rights in online or computer software, all other types of software, database rights, know-how, any other intellectual property rights herein, registered or unregistered, including applications, renewals, extensions, and similar or equivalent rights are all the property of BRC and are protected by all the relevant and applicable copyright laws whether nationwide or internationally. Those materials are prohibited from being used by any means without written consent from BRC.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services or advertisers that are not owned or controlled by Bio Research Compounds.
BRC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of any third-party websites or services, including the payment gateways published on our website.
You further acknowledge and agree that BRC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services displayed on our website and owned by third-party websites.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of Bio Research Compounds under any provision of this Terms of Service Bundle shall only be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the purchase transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event, BRC or its directors, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, member cooperatives, owners, agents and assigns be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages in any form or any loss of profit, loss caused by usage, loss of data, or any type of loss whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with BRC, its website, products or its relevant social media platforms, including any misunderstanding, misuse or inability to use this website, its content or any offered, displayed product or service on the website or on its relevant social media platforms.
In addition, BRC will not under any circumstances be liable for the misuse or unauthorized use of any products offered on its websites, including displayed or recommended products on its social media platforms, or for any reliance on the information available on the website or any of its platforms.
Force Majeure
Force Majeure means any and all unexpected governmental measures, including lock downs, strikes, lockouts, bans, or other industrial disturbances of a general nature, riots, sabotage, epidemics or quarantines, landslides, earthquakes, floods, civil disturbances, fires, or explosions.
Failure of BRC to perform any obligation stated herein if such failure results from an event beyond the reasonable control of BRC (a “Force Majeure Event”) shall not be deemed to be, or to give rise to, a breach of this Terms of Service Bundle.
In the event of Force Majeure, BRC shall inform the purchaser by email and shall use diligent efforts to end the failure or delay in exercise and ensure the effectiveness and continuity of the purchase transaction.
Terminations
Bio Research Compounds may terminate or suspend your purchase transaction immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service Bundle, store policy, misuse of products, unauthorized usage, or if deemed necessary, for safety reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate all future purchase transactions, you may simply discontinue using our Service.
Applicable Law
The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any legal action or proceeding with respect to the subject matter of this Terms of Service Bundle or any clause or provision herein shall be to the applicable laws of the State of Michigan and under the Courts of the State of Michigan.
Legal Capacity
You confirm that you have the full power, authority, and legal capacity to understand, execute, undertake and perform your purchase transaction and your obligations expressed herein as a user and a purchaser.
You confirm that you have taken all necessary actions so as not to require any additional approvals or consents or other action by any colleague or manager in your institution for this Terms of Service Bundle (‘TSSPB’) to be legally binding upon you and BRC.
Totality of Agreement
You confirm and agree that this Terms of Service, Store Policy, Privacy Policy, Medical and Product Disclaimer and Cookie Policy, altogether referred to as Terms of Service and Store Policy Bundle (‘TSSPB’), which are displayed on our website, supersede all prior practices, promotions, communications, phone calls and agreements, if any, whether written or orally, between you and BRC and constitutes the complete and entire Agreement between you and BRC unless expressly stated to the contrary herein.
No modifications to this Terms of Service and Store Policy Bundle are valid unless endorsed by BRC and displayed on the website attached with the modification date.
Any approved change will override prior versions starting from the date it is displayed on our website.
Your continued use after modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms displayed on our website.
Any provision that may become void and included in this Terms of Service Bundle and Store Policy (‘TSSPB’) does not affect the validity of the entire TSSPB.
Any provision of this Terms of Service and Store Policy Bundle (‘TSSPB’) is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction; that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the entire TSSPB.
By accessing and using our Services, you acknowledge and commit to this Terms of Service and Store Policy Bundle in their entirety.
